Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Vicinity Voice?

Vicinity Voice is a place for you to discuss ideas, opinions, and experiences about shopping, dining and entertainment. Conversations vary; we may be talking about the shops at a Vicinity shopping centre today (e.g., Chadstone) today, and tomorrow, we might be talking about your favourite weekend activity to do with your friends or family.

How do I give some feedback directly to Vicinity Centres (Vicinity)?

If you would prefer to speak directly with Vicinity, you can reach one of our state head offices or a specific centre via our website (https://www.vicinity.com.au/contact-us).

How are my survey responses handled?

Survey responses are collated and analysed collectively by Evolved Insights and are then presented and used by key team members in Vicinity, who will then use this data to make informed decisions on how to improve Vicinity products and services.

Will I get to see the results?

We will provide you with regular updates on what we have learnt.

Who manages the Vicinity Voice community?

Vicinity Voice is managed by a team of researchers at Evolved Insights and Vicinity. Will you respond to every post on community?

In short, no. Vicinity Voice is a place for you to discuss ideas with others, and for Vicinity to listen to that discussion. The team at Vicinity Voice will read every post, and where we can add value, we will comment.

If an idea of mine is implemented, will I get credit?

If an idea of yours is implemented, we may give you credit on our community but we won’t be providing compensation to members if we use an idea discussed on Vicinity Voice.
